Ask anything, in plain English
You don’t have to toggle filters and tabs to know your air quality. Just ask, in your own words. Ask about one room, compare two buildings, or check your whole portfolio at once.
Answers the “why,” not just the “what”
It doesn’t just tell you a number is high. It looks into why. Kaiterra AI works through your data, from the long-term trend down to the exact moment something changed, and explains the likely cause and what to check next.
Know the standards you care about
Know where your WELL project stands, simply by asking. Kaiterra AI already knows the WELL rules and thresholds, so you don’t have to. Your air is always measured against the standards that matter to you, like WELL, LEED, RESET, and ASHRAE.
Outputs you can share, instantly
Every answer comes with clear charts. Save any chart as an image, or turn a whole conversation into a ready-to-share report or slide deck in seconds. Great for updating your team, tenants, or leadership.
Stay ahead with simple alerts
Set up alerts just by asking, like “let me know if CO₂ goes above 1200 during work hours.” Kaiterra AI sets it up for you, and even suggests alerts worth having. You can also get a regular summary of how your air is doing.
Built for your whole team
Share an answer with a colleague or client through a simple link. No login needed on their end. Keep each building’s notes, documents, and photos in one place, so the context stays with the building and answers keep getting better.

The payoff

Less time clicking.

More time deciding.

Faster answers
From hours of digging to a single question

Getting an answer used to take multiple clicks. Now you just ask, and spend your time deciding what to do instead of hunting for the right chart.

Faster reporting
Ready-to-use reports in minutes, not days

Charts, talking points, and slides come out ready to drop into your report or deck. No more manual screenshotting.

Stay ahead of problems
Identify risks and find issues early

Stay ahead of the changes that matter. Problems surface, get explained, and get addressed before they become complaints.

trust and governance

Your AI sees exactly what you see. Nothing more, nothing less.

Kaiterra AI doesn't get special access to your data. It gets your access. Every question is answered using your own login session, governed by the same role-based permissions as the rest of your Kaiterra data platform. If you can't see a building, neither can the AI.

No privileged backdoor

Isolated, and nothing stored Every session is isolated end to end, so one user’s data can never surface in another’s. And the AI keeps no copies of your data. It lives where it always has, in your Kaiterra account.

Frequently asked questions

What does Kaiterra AI do?
An AI assistant that analyzes your IAQ and IEQ data on demand. Ask a question in plain language about a room, a building, or your whole portfolio, and get a clear answer with the underlying context. It works for daily diagnostics, monthly reports, certification progress checks, event investigations, and more.
Can it see data I’m not allowed to see?
No. It answers using your own credentials and role-based permissions. It can only ever see what you can.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models, and nothing is retained by the AI layer beyond your active session.
Does it replace my dashboards?
No. It makes the data inside your dashboards accessible to anyone on your team, in plain language, without any training required and with zero learning curve.
How do I get access?
Kaiterra AI is currently in Early Access, an opt-in program for select customers. If you'd like to enroll your team, contact your Kaiterra account manager or get in touch with our Sales team .
What does it cost?
For pricing inquiries, get in touch with our Sales team.
How accurate is it?

Kaiterra AI is reliable for the questions it's built to answer: diagnostics, reporting, compliance checks, and event investigations against your own data. Every answer cites the underlying data points and the calculation behind them, so you can verify before acting.

Can I use it for WELL or LEED compliance?
Kaiterra AI can support your WELL and LEED work by tracking your data against the relevant thresholds and showing which points you're on track to earn. Before a formal submission, verify critical figures against the raw data in your Kaiterra Data Platform.
What’s the difference between Kaiterra AI and the Kaiterra MCP?
Kaiterra AI is the ready-to-use assistant inside your Kaiterra account, tuned for building performance questions. The Kaiterra MCP is a connector that brings Kaiterra data into your own AI tools, like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Use Kaiterra AI if you want the built-in experience. Use the MCP if your organization has a corporate AI standard, or if you're building custom tools or workflows on top of Kaiterra data.
